My Energy
My Energy provides you with easy and manageable access to your invoices. The portal is flexible and user-friendly, allowing you to customise the dashboard to show what you need most.
As a customer of the Energi Danmark Group, you will have access to the online portal, My Energy. Here you will be able to monitor your company’s energy consumption and access contracts, invoices, reports and detailed market analyses. You can also get an overview of your company’s metering points and master data.
With a single login, My Energy also provides customers with operations in different countries access to all data in a single place. My Energy is a flexible and user-friendly platform that provides you, as a customer, with optimum insight into your own consumption, as well as market trends.

Statistics
In My Energy, you have the option of searching and sorting between your companies to monitor your companies’ energy consumption over time. It is possible to find statistics at hourly, monthly, quarterly and yearly levels, depending on the meter and provided that the Energi Danmark Group supplied the electricity during the selected period.
My Energy is a flexible statistics tool that will help customers to work actively on energy efficiency and energy savings. The statistics will subsequently clearly show whether the savings have been effective. The statistics are displayed in graphs and tables and can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
As a customer, you can create your own configuration in the software, so that you get a better overview of the companies you are interested in following.
Invoices
In My Energy, you will find an overview of all your invoices and the payments you have made. You can easily find your company’s invoice for a specific period.
Market information
Daily and historical electricity prices can also be found in My Energy. Through My Energy, you will also receive a copy of our monthly publication, Monthly Focus, which provides you with insight into the latest trends in the energy market. We write in depth about developments and how and why prices are moving in the market.
Price monitoring
As a customer, you can also create your own monitoring levels for electricity purchases in My Energy. You will be informed by text message or e-mail when the desired level has been reached and you can then contact us in order to hedge your electricity price.
Reports
As a financial customer, you can access your portfolio reports in My Energy. The reports are continuously uploaded to the statistics software.
